Mimì Pizza Bistrot by Can Domingo is the über cool offshoot of Ibiza’s most beloved Italian fine dining restaurant. Located on a designated terrace within the picturesque grounds of Can Domingo, it’s framed by blue skies, fairytale gardens and bountiful bougainvillea. Take a table with friends and family and settle in for an Italian-inspired culinary fiesta unlike any other, spanning pizza with a twist, street food classics and indulgent homemade desserts, all created using only the finest ingredients. La dolce vita exists in Ibiza, and this is where to find it.

Foodies devoted to pizza should look no further than this laid-back Ibiza restaurant for all their dough-based needs, with Mimì Pizza Bistrot by Can Domingo serving some of the finest pizza outside Italy, right here on the white isle. Chef Giuseppe Vivacqua has added a personal twist to the traditional Italian staple, combining a delicious Napoli-style base with fresh ingredients sourced directly from the onsite botanical garden. The result is a collection of gourmet pizzas you won’t forget, intensified by truffle, rocket, and lemon zest and epicurean treats like scamorza, nduja, mortadella and stracchino cheese.

But there’s more to Mimì Pizza Bistrot by Can Domingo than just pizza, and you needn’t look far to find it. Tuck into tasty antipasti boards, melanzane alla parmigiana, focaccias and of course, lasagne, and be sure to leave room for the Italian-style street food that’s caused a buzz on the Ibiza restaurant scene. Think delectable arancini and mouth-watering Mozzarella in carrozza, alongside porchetta and fried anchovies, hand prepared by Chef Beppe himself. And don’t miss the tiramisu, or opt for the pastry tray with mini versions of a gluten-free cannolo Siciliano filled with mascarpone, a babá with rum, a bignet with pistachio cream and a petit éclair with chocolate cream all competing for position as your new favourite.

Meanwhile, Mimì’s expert mixologist mans the bar, crafting scrumptious signature cocktails and mocktails using homemade syrups and top-shelf liquors all inspired by the island. Sip on a Sa Talaia, made with raspberry, Hendrick’s Midsummer gin, lime, sugar syrup, and egg white; an Atlantis, made with passionfruit, rum, pineapple juice, and soda; or an inventive edible Negroni, made with Campari, vermouth, sashimi jelly and a splash of soy. Best accompanied by a setting sun and a unique soundtrack composed of Italian, Latin American and jazz fusion music this Ibiza restaurant is open every day throughout July and August. Music and pizza? It’s a match made in heaven. Small wonder a table on the alfresco terrace at Mimì Pizza Bistrot by Can Domingo is always in such high demand.
