At the heart of its 16,000 square metres is CLAP Pool Club – the first of its kind from the internationally acclaimed CLAP brand. Centred around a curvaceous 50-metre pool complete with floating beds, private cabanas and double sunloungers shaded by chic, scalloped parasols, guests from around the world can book a day pass (with credit redeemable on food and drink from the stylish Ibiza restaurant) and spend the day soaking up the golden Ibiza sunlight and laid-back Balearic vibes. Following openings in Beirut, Dubai and London, this sophisticated new Ibiza restaurant brings a distinctly Mediterranean twist to CLAP’s signature, contemporary Japanese menu. Open from lunchtime until late, with jaw-dropping panoramic views across the bay to the old town, expect world-class sushi, sashimi and soon-to-be-legendary hand rolls, plus exceptional cuts of meat and freshly caught seafood from the Robata grill and the exclusive omakase experience – all prepared right before your eyes in the sleek and expansive open kitchen.

The chef’s specialties at CLAP Restaurant include Crispy Rice Salmon, teaming a crunchy golden base with silky, melt-in-your-mouth fresh salmon; Crispy Shrimp & Chu-Toro, topped with spicy mayo and a rich yuzu truffle dressing; and the flavour-filled Marinated Lamb Rack with the restaurant’s signature kimchi CLAP WAY dressing. Salads too, feature heavily on the menu and the Snow Crab Salad – with mizuna, tobiko and a savoury white miso dressing – is perfect for a balmy summer day or night.

While all are welcome to visit for the hot new Ibiza restaurant for the food and poolside vibes, CLAP HOUSE Ibiza is also home to SEVEN Wellness Club Ibiza – a purpose-built space dedicated to movement, recovery, rest and longevity. Accessed by its own dedicated entrance, facilities include two swimming pools, a Technogym-equipped studio, outdoor Reformer Pilates and an array of classes plus a spa treatment menu. The adjoining healthy eating offering, The Dose by Silvena, is curated by chef and biohacker Silvena Rowe and serves nutrient-dense, protein-rich dishes tailored for post-workout recovery.
