A stylish summer sanctuary – CLAP HOUSE Ibiza

The island’s most in-demand address features a laid-back pool club, a fine dining restaurant, wellness club and designer boutique.

Sunshine, swimming, sea views and style – for many holidaymakers heading to the white isle in 2026, this sweetly sums up the Ibiza dream. Add in high-level gastronomy, exceptional service, a focus on wellness and a dose of designer retail therapy and you’ve got CLAP HOUSE Ibiza, the stunning lifestyle destination now welcoming visitors into its Dolce & Gabbana-clad world for a second sizzling summer season.

Set on a curved hillside in Talamanca, with views across the Mediterranean to the iconic old town of Dalt Vila, the stylish pool club and restaurant feels completely disconnected from the hustle of high summer while offering the ultimate in exclusive island experiences. A stylish sanctuary, there’s no better place to while away the hot summer days than by the 50-metre Olympic sized pool at CLAP HOUSE Ibiza – one of the largest pools on the island – with drinks in hand, a contemporary Japanese feast on the way and palm trees swaying in the balmy Balearic breeze.

In classic Dolce & Gabbana style, the CLAP HOUSE Ibiza Pool Club has been given the full la dolce vita treatment, with ultra-luxe leopard print soft furnishings, parasols, towels and even ceramic planters, inflatable pool rings and beach balls. It’s an Instagrammable paradise, with only the panoramic views over the harbour rivalling the striking decoration – after all, there’s no such thing as too much leopard print (said every fashionista ever). Guests spend their days flitting between the pool, their plush sunbeds, premium lounges, floating deck beds and sofas, and the stylish CLAP Restaurant, with Dolce & Gabbana-designed sunbed packages starting at 150€, with most of the fee redeemable against food and drinks throughout the day.

CLAP Restaurant overlooks the tranquil pool, offering guests a different – yet equally as luxurious – dining experience, with table reservations available. The menu is centred around contemporary Japanese cuisine, with a focus on the finest quality ingredients and perfectly calibrated flavours, all prepped by a team of expert chefs using masterful techniques. Start by sharing ultra-luxe tubs of silky Oscietra caviar, platters of Gillardeau No3 oysters, or the mouthwateringly good wagyu and mushroom gyozas – or opt for island-inspired padrón peppers in a sweet honey miso sauce.

Delectable starters at CLAP HOUSE Ibiza include crispy squid karaage with aji panca aioli; rock shrimp tempura and an ultra refreshing watermelon and feta salad with Thai basil and pops of fresh pomegranate. The sushi and raw bar plays a starring role at CLAP Restaurant, with chefs busy slicing and dicing ceviche, carpaccio, nigiri and sashimi to order, and deftly creating signature rolls like the Salmon Volcano – with tempura flakes, spicy mayo, tobi-ko, spring onions and sesame – or the Wagyu Surf & Turf with snow crab, beef, avocado and truffle mayo, among many other creative culinary options.

Diners are spoilt for choice when it comes to main meals, with some of the world’s most premium cuts of meat fired up on the open grill, plus gourmet pool club favourites like the chicken katsu sando and wagyu beef sliders. The tuna tataki pizza at CLAP HOUSE Ibiza – topped with pistachio burrata, mizuna and yuzu truffle – redefines the concept of a gourmet pizza, while the Margherita is closer to the classic with elevated savoury levels coming courtesy of tomato miso and shiso pesto. There really is something for everyone – including an array of decadent desserts.

While one side of CLAP HOUSE Ibiza is all about summer indulgence, the other puts an emphasis on health, wellness, fitness and rejuvenation. The Wellness Club can be accessed via a selection of passes, from single-day and weekly, to monthly and seasonal memberships, and is open from 7am until 10pm from Monday to Friday, and from 8am through until 9pm on weekends, meaning you needn’t change your routine just because you’re on holiday. This season, new spaces feature Technogym equipment, and a Reformer Pilates studio and dedicated boxing area have been introduced, while the expanded programming includes HYROX, HIIT and yoga. And when it’s time to wind down, the luxurious recovery facilities include an outdoor jacuzzi, ice bath, sauna, steam room and treatment rooms.

On the way out – if you weren’t already tempted on the way in – stop by the exclusive Dolce & Gabbana boutique at CLAP HOUSE Ibiza to pick up some animal print pieces (or opt for the label’s more traditional patterns, if that’s more your style) to remind you of your Ibiza experience forever. Beachwear, party dresses, accessories, sleepwear and even homewares line the sleek shelves, providing that last taste of temptation before the day is done. Without a doubt the island’s hottest new address, CLAP HOUSE Ibiza is open daily throughout the summer season, between 11am and 8pm, with advance reservations highly recommended during the high season months to guarantee you can experience the Ibiza dream.
