Locations don’t come better than CBbC Marina Sta Eulalia, an elegant waterside restaurant created by the renowned CBbC Group and recognised by the esteemed Repsol Guide. Sitting in prime position adjacent to the aqua-tinged waters of the Santa Eulalia Marina, the gentle tinkering of sails from nearby yachts punctuates the breeze as the water gently laps the dock, accompanied by the sounds of a DJ or live music. Open daily from 12.30pm until 1am, it’s the perfect spot for a chic portside lunch or dinner, offering unparalleled harbour views, a relaxed atmosphere and a seasonal menu inspired by the richly flavoured produce and beautiful landscape of Ibiza.

The Ibiza restaurant conjures a laid-back mood that invites guests to slow down and take a moment to appreciate life’s simple pleasures. Take a seat on the picturesque terrace or sink into a comfortable sofa in the chill-out area — wherever you perch feels a million miles away from the rest of the world. In addition to its stunning surroundings, creative gastronomy brings guests back to CBbC Marina Sta Eulalia time and again.

The Ibiza restaurant‘s innovative menu focuses on delicious local fare, brought to life by the chef’s signature touches. The three-course menu del día at CBbC Marina Sta Eulalia offers exceptional value (and five unique options), with starters including dishes such as creamy boletus croquettes; and panko prawns with sweet chilli and quinoa, followed by mains such as succulent Josper-smoked entraña with chimichurri; baked sea bass; or pasta with vegetables and Grana cheese, and then ending on a sweet note with passionfruit and coconut royale, cheesecake, lemon sorbet or brownie.

The CBbC Marina Sta Eulalia à la carte menu is divided into impossible-to-choose-from sections including big, bountiful salads, freshly made pasta, vegetarian dishes and a special kids’ selection, all enhanced by the Ibiza restaurant‘s proximity to the sea, of course. Start with flavour-filled plates such as oak smoked sardines from Casa Santoña, grilled veggies in a beetroot emulsion or opt for fresh mussels in a Thai sauce.

The chic Ibiza restaurant also specialises in a series of Spanish-inspired delicacies. Traditional rice options include paella and bullit de peix; fresh fish dishes include steamed mussels, salt-baked sea bass served with local herbs and citrus, and grilled Mediterranean red king prawns, while meat lovers will enjoy the crispy pluma Iberica (pork shoulder); a classic grilled Argentinean rib-eye or the Wagyu tataki with wild asparagus and truffled Aestivum.

There’s also a unique ‘dish of the day’ served from Mondays to Fridays, ranging from seasonal specials like vegetable paella or arroz de matanzas (dependent on season) plus a roast shoulder of lamb and an exceptional array of sushi (served between 1pm to 4pm and again from 7:30pm to 11pm), including sashimi classics of tuna, salmon and hamachi, delectable flambéed nigiri, and creative Uramaki rolls. There’s also the option to order omakase sushi plates, giving the chef free rein to select their personal favourite pieces. Crafted to reflect the true essence of Ibiza and enjoyed beneath the Balearic sun and stars, every experience at CBbC Marina Sta Eulalia is one to remember.
