This beautiful three-bedroom Ibiza villa is tucked into pine forest on one side and overlooks the sparkling Mediterranean on the other. Located just a short distance from the soft, golden sands of Cala Tarida and Cala Moli on the island’s west coast, Casa Moli fuses traditional architecture with contemporary fittings and furnishings to create a relaxing sanctuary. The area is known for easy hikes through unspoilt forests, stunning coves and beaches and the nearby buzzing village of San José – not to mention its incredible sunsets. Casa Moli is designed for family holidays but would also suit groups of friends and anyone looking to escape the distractions of day-to-day life.
INTERIORS
Whitewashed walls, terracotta tiles and bare stone touches pay homage to the traditions of Ibiza, while bright open plan living brings the gorgeous Ibiza villa into the modern day – while retaining the feel of a stylish and cosy family home. An earthy palette and wood finishes make the spaces cosy, while arched windows and glass sliding doors flood Casa Moli with sunlight. Natural fibre light fixtures and furniture add to the beachy ambience, and the views are some of the most impressive on the island. There are three bedrooms in total, accommodating up to five guests, set over the main house and a guest annexe with sitting room and independent entry. The well-equipped kitchen opens to a dining area with a large wooden table and in the corner sits a contemporary iron stove to keep things warm during off-season stays.
EXTERIORS
The vast pool terrace at Casa Moli is decked in smooth teak and overlooks the most stunning views of the sea. Sunbeds, parasols and a luxe four-poster double daybed provide the perfect spots for catching some sun or snoozing the afternoon away. An outdoor lounge, shaded with bamboo slatting, is designed for snacking and chatting while the more elevated outdoor sitting area at the Ibiza villa is ideal for sunset cocktails. Take lunch and dinner alfresco, at the dining table beneath a covered porch, and afterwards let the little ones have a ball in the super-fun treehouse and playground.
