Originally designed by architect Carlos Ferrater, this striking Ibiza villa was recently refurbished by Studio Romano. Villa Arcana represents Ibicenco modernism with smooth stone paths, terrazzo flooring and wood finishes creating a warm ambience while picture windows pull sea views inside. A luminous salon framed by custom iroko furniture links to the kitchen and a TV snug, while underfloor heating and smart home tech sit quietly beneath retro textiles and hand‑thrown ceramics. The main house features the social spaces and two bedrooms, while five independent bungalows with private patios sit among wild rosemary and fragrant pines.
