There’s a dash of New York, a little London edge, a pinch of Parisian chic, plus a splash of Singapore, and of course, a whole lot of Ibiza. At the helm of it all is Federico Nocera, the creative mastermind behind the bar’s concept, aesthetic and one-of-a-kind cocktail menu. Hailing from Bologna, the career mixologist dedicated over a decade to honing his craft – from fine-tuning his skills in the best bars in his hometown to refining and elevating them in iconic UK venues like Soho House, Nightjar and Mr Fogg’s – before relocating to Ibiza. Here, Federico made his long-held dream of opening a cocktail bar a reality, fusing elements from his globe-trotting adventures with the timeless appeal of jazz clubs and speakeasy bars.

The whimsical menu at this Ibiza cocktail bar reads like the diary of an intrepid explorer, with page after page of signature Mr Freddy elixirs inspired by international flavours, each featuring a description of its healing properties or mood-boosting effects. Try the Ibiza Elixir, a burst of Mediterranean freshness made with lime, jasmine, bergamot, cedar water and Law Gin, delivered in an eccentric octopus-shaped vessel. Stimulate serotonin with the Madagascar Elixir, a delicious concoction based on white rum, with hints of orange, hibiscus, chocolate and coffee served in a gorgeous golden glass or take your tastebuds on a trip to South America, via the pisco-based (and anti-ageing!) Peru Elixir or the smoky, spicy and stimulating Mexico Elixir.
