Sant Ciriac at CLAP House Ibiza
Ibiza’s favourite saint day gets the fine dining treatment on Friday August 08, 2025, as CLAP House Ibiza joins the Sant Ciriac celebrations for the very first time in its debut season. Perched above Talamanca with a sweeping view of Dalt Vila, the gorgeous venue boasts uninterrupted views of the island’s most beloved summer tradition, reimagined through CLAP’s signature epicurean lens.
The night begins with bubbles on arrival and flows into a delicious choose-your-own culinary adventure. Classics like crispy wagyu maki and black cod miso to Hokkaido scallop ceviche from the à la carte menu let diners curate the flavours of the evening. Expect fireworks outside and creativity within with DJ sets, surprises and a few playful twists woven throughout the night, right up until the St Ciriac fireworks light up the sky at midnight. Reservations require a 200€ minimum spend per person and are highly recommended.
