A night of celestial and culinary delights awaits on Monday August 24, 2026, as the annual San Bartomeu Fireworks bursts into life over the gardens of west coast harbourside restaurant Villa Mercedes. San Antonio’s main patron saint is enjoyed in true Ibiza style with a week-long celebration that culminates at midnight when the night sky is filled with a pageant of colour to mark the end of the festivities.
