From 8pm on Monday August 24, 2026, the dulcet reggae and roots beats of Ras Smaila float across the shaded dining space, where ingredients are fermented, pickled and sun-dried into Indian inspired dishes that are begging to be paired with one of the zingy craft cocktails on offer.
