Set on the edge of Ibiza’s harbour with uninterrupted views across the water to Dalt Vila, El Náutico Ibiza marks New Year’s Eve with a refined dinner designed for those who prefer their celebrations centred around great food and good friends rather than full-scale partying. The evening unfolds with a curated sharing menu that reflects the restaurant’s Mediterranean roots, paired with a relaxed setting as the city counts down to midnight and the best views on the island of the New Year’s Eve fireworks.
The special New Year’s Eve menu is 125€ per person (excluding drinks) and includes foie gras mi-cuit; gratinated scallops with champagne Hollandaise sauce; a perfectly poached egg with mushroom sauce and fresh black truffle; and prawn tartar with caviar to start. Platters of grilled fish and seafood make up the main dish, and it’s worth noting that it’s important to save room for the chocolate fudge with raspberry and vanilla sauce for dessert. At the stroke of midnight, try your best at the Spanish tradition of eating 12 grapes (one on each stroke of midnight), throw confetti and don the party accessories from your cotillón and let the DJ soundtrack carry the night through into the very early hours of 2026. Where the Ibiza night takes you afterwards, well, that’s up to you…
