Minami Enkai at Minami Japanese Restaurant
Every month throughout the summer, the slick fine-dining hub, Minami Japanese Restaurant, at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel hosts Minami Enkai a unique dining experience designed for those who truly appreciate the artistry of Japanese cuisine. Across a finely tuned (and very extensive) series of small plates, guests are taken on a journey through Japan via Ibiza, with nods to Nikkei influences and Iberian touches. The exclusive Omakase menu is handcrafted by the chefs to showcase a selection of Minami’s signature plates. Omakase translates to ‘I’ll leave it to you’ and you couldn’t be in better culinary hands than with the Minami kitchen crew.
The tasting menu is 50€ per person and includes a welcome glass of Möet & Chandon on arrival plus for an additional 20€, you can add a curated wine pairing. Set behind Ushuaïa, there’s no better end to your night of poolside dancing than a spot of fine dining once the party is over. There are two seatings available for Minami Enkai at Minami Japanese Restaurant: 8pm or the very Spanish dinner time of 10.30pm. Reservations are highly recommended for these exclusive nights.
