Maestri al Fornelli: Four-Hands Dinners at Sorella Ristorante at Hotel Mongibello
Hotel Mongibello launches its summer dinner series, Maestri al Fornelli, this summer – a celebration of bold flavours, slow evenings and deliciously collaborative cooking, hosted at Sorella Ristorante. Each edition brings together two chefs at once, with Hotel Mongibello’s own Francesco T. Leggio joined by special guests from the island and beyond.
The next event in the showcooking series takes place on Saturday July 26, 2025, and welcomes chef Juan Quirós from Japanese restaurant Kyoshi Las Cortes in Madrid, blending his signature Umami Fusione approach with Leggio’s Sicilian roots. The four-hands dinner is 45€ per person (excluding drinks) and is designed to be shared and savoured. Expect a night that’s rich in heritage, flavour, technique and conversation – reservations are essential.
