Start your week in a positive way with a Monday morning alfresco yoga session, overlooking the beautiful harbour of Ibiza. From 10am, join teacher Alba on the panoramic rooftop of El Nautico Ibiza for a moderately paced practice with the soothing soundtrack of clinking anchor chains and lapping water from the yachts moored nearby and breathtaking views of Dalt Vila.
Drop-in class passes are 20€ per session, or for 35€ you can also enjoy a hearty and healthy breakfast after stretching and strengthening, in the waterfront restaurant down below. With a fresh and filling menu devised by chef Pau Barba, created with locally sourced produce and based around typical Spanish ingredients, there’s plenty to choose from and something to suit all tastes. Mat space is limited and prior sign up is essential.
