New Year’s Eve Menu at La Cava Ibiza
With parties popping up all over town, Vara de Rey looks like the place to be to kick off the 2025 new year celebrations and the talented team at La Cava Ibiza have devised a special set menu for the occasion for 120€ (including half a bottle of wine) per person.
Start with a stew croquette as an appetiser, then move on to the starter of canelón of pularda, foie gras and truffled bechamel, and for mains, choose between cod, sofrito, spinach, raisins and pine nuts of suckling pig with rhubarb and mint juice. Profiteroles filled with nougat cream and hot chocolate are the perfect sweet treat, just before midnight when you’ll be given 12 lucky grapes to eat in time with each chime of the clock as it strikes midnight and the dawn of a new year! Reservations highly recommended.
