The festive feast begins with a selection of starters to share, including charcoal leek confit with taleggio and seasonal black truffle; tomato tartar toast with a spherical olive; shrimp cannelloni with Buratta, and scallops with buerre blanc and caviar. For the main course, choose between a decadent lobster thermidor or an expertly prepared low temperature knuckle veal with demi-glaze, before the final sweet treat, a selection of delectable desserts designed to send you satisfied into the night.
DJ Pippi and Willie Graff soundtrack the dinner experience in Jara, complemented with a live performance by Ibiza’s favourite songstress, BLONDEWEARINGBLACK. After the clock strikes 12 and the traditional grapes have been gulped down with each chime, it’s time to head downstairs to The Green Room at The Standard, Ibiza, where the Homies crew, Camilo Miranda, Luca Averna and Christian Len, will be spinning tunes into the very early hours.
