A popular Mexican festival that celebrates Mary and Joseph’s journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem in the nine days before Christmas, La Posada is given a Balearic twist this year, when it takes place at Montesol Experimental on Sunday December 22, 2024 in collaboration with Chidas Bar and Cantina. With a sparkling selection of nine festive dishes and drinks on the menu, the scrumptious seasonal flavours and spicy delights will take you on a journey of your own – albeit culinary, some could still call it a religious experience – from 6pm until late.
Set in the heart of Vara de Rey alongside the wooden market huts, bouncy castles and Santa’s house, Montesol Experimental boasts a cosy interior and a heater-filled terrace that’s just right for this time of year.
