Start with a celebratory cocktail, or choose from one of the very impressive drops housed within the temperature-controlled wine cellar, and order your favourite dishes from the à la carte menu, such as Poget oysters or grilled Ibiza squid served in its own ink to start, followed by incredible cuts of meat like Nebraska Black Angus, or fresh Balearic seabass, wild lobster and more, served alongside mixed gilled veggies or healthy, hearty salads all made from produce plucked daily from the restaurant’s own garden. Be sure to save room for the house specialty dessert, a homemade chocolate cake with Maldon Sea salt, extra virgin olive oil and brandy – the perfect end to a festive feast.
