A welcome Negroni Sbagliato cocktail begins the proceedings, with a choice of apertivos including focaccia with tomato and coppa or goat cheese and honey, Iberian ham croquetas or falafel with romesco sauce and pomegranate. Start with pumpkin and amarena ravioli in smoked butter with sage and chestnuts, followed by main course Christmas roast options including homemade porchetta, local free-range chicken or roasted cauliflower, all served with balsamic roasted potatoes, winter vegetables, creamy spinach gratin and a red wine gravy and pomegranate reduction.
Dessert includes panettone and Amaretto sabayon, plus nougat ice cream – all for just 45€ per person (excluding drinks), with prior reservations essential. There’s no better way to celebrate the day, with hardly any effort on your part, except perhaps booking the taxi ride home.
