Valentine’s Day Menu at La Torre Ibiza

The Valentine’s Day Menu begins with oysters as an appetiser, served with cava sauce and cauliflower purée, followed by stuffed zucchini flowers with goat cheese and honey. The main course is a choice between lamb ingot with truffled sweet potato parmentier, or candied cod with shrimp and spinach sauce. The experience wraps up with an indulgent chocolate volcano with vanilla ice-cream for dessert and of course, there are also rooms available for those who don’t want their night to end after the meal is over.
