Every meal at elegant Santa Gertrudis dining destination Amalur is a special occasion, but this Friday is extra special, as Chef Antonio Borriello pulls out all the culinary stops for a Valentine’s Day Menu like no other. Dress up in your finest and as you walk through the iconic arched doors, you’ll be greeted with a glass of champagne – setting the mood for romance as you’re led to your table in the cosy and stylish dining room.
The menu – designed for two people to share – is 105€ per person (excluding drinks) and starts with oyster tempura with champagne mayonnaise, followed by a first course of home-made tagliolini with lobster and lemon perfume. The main course is a decadent Mugnaia sole with caviar, after which you’ll receive a pre-dessert palate refresher and a sinfully rich San Valentine’s chocolate dessert.
