Valentine’s Day Dinner at El Náutico Ibiza
It doesn’t get much more romantic than a cosy winter date night spent by a crackling fire, overlooking the beautiful port of Ibiza town with the lights of Dalt Vila twinkling in distance and on Friday February 14, 2025, El Náutico Ibiza is opening its doors for a one-night only Valentine’s Day Dinner so you can do just that. Chef Pau Barba has created an indulgent and delicious tasting menu for the occasion, designed to be shared between two people at the set price of 50€ per person (excluding drinks).
Start with a pair of Pornstar Martinis to help get you in the mood, then tuck into the aphrodisiacal starters of oysters with citrus, white prawn tartar and a foie terrine with passionfruit before diving into the divine main courses of wild sea bass with creamy Jerusalem artichoke and crispy Iberian suckling pig ingot with plums. Dessert is a mouth-wateringly rich heart filled with Amarena cherry and red berries – the perfect sweet treat to round off the evening. Reservations recommended.
