After Service – Industry Night at Jara at The Standard, Ibiza
Jara at The Standard, Ibiza opens its doors every Monday for After Service – Industry Night, a weekly gathering created for the island community. The vibe is relaxed, familiar and a little bit cheeky, where you can roll in for a post-work late-night bite, catch up over a well-made drink and where residents new and old share stories across tables.
This week’s After Service brings an extra dose of island talent to Jara. Germán Escuer, grill master at LU•UM Ibiza, steps behind the flames to reinterpret one of Jara’s beloved flatbreads with seasonal produce. At the bar, bartender Fernando Sanabria shakes up a limited run of cocktails with his own signature twist. And once dinner rolls into dancing, the undisputed queen of Circoloco, Tania Vulcano joins Willie Graff in the booth for a soundtrack only Ibiza could deliver. If you fancy a bit of good food and good company in a space that feels like home long after the summer crowds disappear, then wrap up your day early and head into town for a night that is always anything but standard.
