Set on the ground floor of five-star grand luxe resort Ibiza Gran Hotel, La Gaia has become the most esteemed Ibiza fine dining destination on the island. Recognised nationally with its two Repsol Sols and one MICHELIN Star, head chef Óscar Molina has steered the restaurant to lofty heights, set to rise even further in 2025. Reopening its newly designed doors on Friday April 25, 2025, the space has been reimagined by one of Spain’s freshest interior design studios, Sandra Tarruella Interioristas, lending a dose of Barcelona chic to the Mediterranean vibe.
With this new look, La Gaia is stepping into its supernova era, offering its two iconic tasting menus, now renamed Illa and Horitzó to reflect a deepening gastronomic philosophy, in addition to the launching of a new à la carte option providing diners greater freedom or for those who just want a little taste of culinary stardust.
