Ibiza’s most vibrant winter celebration returns as Carnival 2025 takes over the island with parades, music and larger-than-life costumes from February 27 to March 05, 2025. A tradition deeply rooted in Ibiza’s cultural calendar, Carnival sees schools, dance groups and local communities come together for a week of spectacular floats, choreographed performances and oodles of infectious energy.

Each town hosts its own parade, bringing a unique local twist to the festivities. Ibiza town’s main procession winds through the city’s streets from 5pm on Saturday March 01, 2025, concluding in Vara de Rey at 7pm, when the community Carnival Party and barbecue kicks off in the giant marquee opposite The Standard, Ibiza. It’s not just the island’s capital – San Antonio, Santa Eulalia, San José and San Juan also put on their own colourful, music-filled celebrations.
