Christmas Day at El Náutico Ibiza is a relaxed harbourfront affair, set right on the edge of the old town marina with views across the mega yachts to Dalt Vila. Known for its honest Mediterranean cooking and easy-going atmosphere, the restaurant opens on December 25, 2025 with a festive menu designed for the perfect long lunch or decadent dinner in the heart of Ibiza town.
Led by renowned executive chef Pau Barba, the kitchen focuses on seasonal produce and traditional flavours, with a Christmas menu that balances classic festive dishes with subtle Ibicencan touches. The menu is 85€ per person, excluding drinks and begins with an aperitivo of consommé of poularde with beef cheek ravioli and black truffle, followed by delicious scallop au gratin and champagne hollandaise sauce. Mains include either wild sea bass with truffled potato or canelones with foie gras, all followed with indulgent chocolate fudge and vanilla ice cream.
