Sitting on a five-hectare estate in Santa Inés, Es Cucons exudes a romance steeped in history. The collection of dwellings that make up the property were originally built in 1652 and as the largest estate in the valley, the estate was once a focal point of village life, providing work, produce and a place to celebrate baptisms, weddings and local festivities. In 1997, sisters María and Bárbara Rodríguez, along with their partners Jaime and Pasi, bought the property and spent three full years lovingly restoring it to its former glory.
