After Service – Industry Night at Jara at The Standard, Ibiza
Jara at The Standard, Ibiza opens its doors every Monday for After Service – Industry Night, a weekly gathering created for the island community. The vibe is relaxed, familiar and a little bit cheeky, where you can roll in for a post-work late-night bite, catch up over a well-made drink and where residents new and old share stories across tables.
Each week’s After Service brings an extra dose of island talent to Jara. Guest chefs from some of the island’s hottest restaurants step behind the flames to reinterpret Jara’s beloved flatbreads with seasonal produce. At the bar, visiting bartenders shakes up a limited run of cocktails with their own signature twist. And once dinner rolls into dancing, Willie Graff invites some of his most musically talented pals to join him behind the booth for a soundtrack only Ibiza could deliver. If you fancy a bit of good food and good company in a space that feels like home long after the summer crowds disappear, then wrap up your day early and head into town for a night that is always anything but standard.
