Cocido Madrileño at El Náutico Ibiza
Gather a group of friends and wrap up your week with a winter warming feast at El Náutico Ibiza, where chef Pau Barba serves up steaming bowls of authentic Cocido Madrileño every afternoon Friday from 1pm. This hearty and wholesome typical Spanish dish of chickpeas, vegetables and meat stewed in a terracotta pot has evolved into a magical meal, served in parts – the perfect way to fuel-up for the busy Ibiza weekend ahead.
Take a table on the terrace to soak up the sunshine and views of Dalt Vila or settle into a cosy corner of the restaurant interior for the two-course affair, starting with the tantalising cocido stock served with noodles, and followed by the second mouthwatering vuelco of chickpeas and vegetables, enhanced with flavour-filled chunks of chorizo, morcilla and jamon. From 4pm, Pacha resident DJ Roberto Navarro hits the decks and adds some laid-back house vibes to the mix, warming up for the night ahead, followed by Zule Paz spinning the soundtrack over dinner at El Náutico Ibiza from 8pm.
