Founded by globe-trotting hospitality veterans, Facundo Grieco from Argentina and Leonardo Marinucci from Brazil, Ibiza drinks catering company Green Jar Ibiza has grown into a family of mixologists who are passionate about delivering stylish, sustainable and beautifully made tipples for Ibiza weddings and private events. The spirited head honchos first met in Ibiza, slinging drinks at a (now defunct) locals’ haunt back in 2013, and after seeing a gap in the market for a more organic, natural alternative to cocktail catering, channelled their many years of experience and a shared obsession for concocting aromatic libations, into the successful Ibiza mobile bar service they run today.

There are three service styles to choose from when enlisting Green Jar Ibiza as your Ibiza wedding and events bar service: Standard, Premium and Green. Alternatively, if you’re seeking something truly unique, Facundo, Leonardo and and their band of merry mixers can create a one-of-a-kind package tailored to your vision. Clients are invited to a drinks tasting session at the brand’s cosy, custom-built space in Cala de Bou on the west coast of Ibiza, where they can workshop themes and ideas with the team, who will magically bring them to life. From welcome drinks and uniquely crafted cocktails, to eco wines and sustainably sourced, naturally sweetened ingredients, Green Jar Ibiza creates experiences that go beyond the conventional.

The cocktail list features an intriguing collection of classics, each made with a little Green Jar Ibiza remix, plus bespoke blends brimming with intoxicating elixirs inspired by Facundo and Leonardo’s ongoing love affair with Ibiza. Try the intriguing Posidonia, made with Ibiza vodka, pineapple, kale and cucumber juice, or the delicate Isloni with Mezcal Tobala, fresh coconut water, pink grapefruit and white vermouth. These are serious flavour combinations with a flourish and a twist, from Ibiza-grown citrus and fresh island herbs to made-from-scratch, sugar-free syrups and handcrafted infusions.

Every bartender on the Ibiza mobile bar service‘s team is trained at the in-house Alquimia Cocktail Academy, which means service at your special event features a medley of flavours and is a joyfully skilled affair.
