Originally from Venice, Tito previously held the post of executive chef for the Cipriani Group for 20 years, based in NYC but setting up restaurants around the world before developing his own concept alongside his former partner when they relocated to Ibiza. Fusing the elements of style, sophistication and sustainability, Locals Only is centrally located and beloved by both locals and visitors thanks to its low-key but lively atmosphere at all times of day.

Start your meal with a market fresh selection of tasty tapas, including locally made, creamy mozzarella with a carpaccio of marinated Ibiza tomatoes; crunchy bruschetta with avocado-chilli mash on five-grain toasted bread; and simple-but-sensational grilled corn on the cob with mayo, Parmesan and cayenne pepper plus classics like padrón peppers, croquettes and spicy chicken wings. Main dishes at the Ibiza restaurant include classic spaghettoni cacio e pepe; tender, grass-fed prime beef skirt steak; the aptly named ‘Elephant’s Ear’ pork Milanese; irresistible citrus-seared calamari with jalapeño and perfectly cooked salmon fillet.
