Juntos Farm
In the rural heart of Santa Gertrudis, Juntos Farm combines regenerative agriculture with community values, offering a selection of delicious seasonal dining experiences all year round.
Located just outside Santa Gertrudis, Juntos Farm spans 20 hectares of working farmland dedicated to regenerative agriculture, immersive food experiences and creating a supportive community. Founded by Christian Jochnick and Finn Harries, the project was born from a shared commitment to nourish both the land and its people. Here, soil health, circular food systems and human connection are all part of the same conversation. Rooted in the rhythms of the land, the daily work of farming shapes every element, from the organic vegetables in the ground to the delicious meals on the plate and in your pantry.
Juntos Farm offers a collection of dining experiences shaped by the seasons. The Chef’s Table, a five-course tasting menu served omakase-style at a 10-seat bar overlooking the open kitchen, and the Open Air Dining Experience, enjoyed alfresco beneath a sailcloth canopy, are available during the summer months. The Sharing Table brings a more relaxed pace year round, with communal dishes served family-style in the farm shop. In the Tasting Room and Courtyard, summer evenings are reserved for dinner, while in the cooler months breakfast and lunch take centre stage.
All the options celebrate the farm’s own harvest alongside produce from a growing collective of regenerative partner farms across the Balearics. Vegetables are collected the same morning they appear on your plate, and the chefs explain exactly how a handful of herbs became the dressing in front of you. As a living, organic farm where everything is grown, cooked and served on-site, Juntos Farm offers a truly unique and immersive island experience.
Whether you’re coming to eat or just to visit, you’ll be handed a map and encouraged to take a self-guided tour throughout Juntos Farm on arrival. Wander through the expansive market gardens (be sure to say hello to the goats), past the greenhouse, the carpentry workshop and more to get a real, tactile insight into how food is grown, prepared and enjoyed. Few dining experiences offer the chance to explore the process so openly. Visitors are invited to witness not just what’s on their plates, but the entire culinary journey, from seed to service.
Finish your farm visit at The House of Harvest. Part kitchen, part processing plant, part shop, this beautifully designed area brings the farm full circle. Pick up some fresh produce for your dinner, some island honey for your porridge, homemade jam for your toast and a plethora of tasty and sustainably packaged products to take home. Juntos House takes the concept of nature’s supermarket to its logical, and delicious, conclusion.
Throughout the year, Juntos Farm hosts workshops, farm days and volunteer programs designed to deepen the connection between land, people and plate. During the winter months, further activities are organised, including a dedicated Kid’s Corner full of farmy crafts and arts, even more specialised workshops (think cooking, art and wine), fascinating expert talks and a selection of traditional activities organised by Colla de L’Horta – a foundation started in 1978 to promote, protect and teach traditional island dance, crafts and music. Check the website and social media for dates and times, and pop in from Tuesday to Saturday to immerse yourself in farm life.
