Tucked away in the lush hills near Cala Llonga, surrounded by olive trees, citrus groves and the gentle hum of nature, CasaPiedra is a hidden gem of an Ibiza fine dining restaurant that, once discovered, is never forgotten. Blending the laid-back vibes of a countryside eatery with the sophistication of a curated culinary experience, guests are encouraged to slow down, settle in and immerse themselves in the moment.

Set within a charming stone house dating back to 1889, the setting itself plays a starring role in the CasaPiedra experience. By day, it’s all about relaxed, sun-dappled dining, and as evening falls, the Ibiza fine dining restaurant takes on a softer, more romantic ambience. Helmed by Ferdinando and Claudia Fiero, CasaPiedra is a true labour of love, shaped by their many years of experience in hospitality across London, Amsterdam and beyond. Drawn to Ibiza by the island’s unique energy, the talented duo has created a space that feels as much like a home as it does a restaurant.

Every detail at CasaPiedra – from the soft illumination and its simple-yet-chic table settings, to, of course, the impeccably presented cuisine – comes together create an atmosphere that feels both stylish and welcoming. At the heart of the Ibiza fine dining destination is what Ferdinando describes as ‘travelling cuisine’ – a concept presented via a fluid, ever-evolving menu that draws inspiration from across the globe, while remaining grounded in quality local ingredients and high-level gastronomic techniques.

Mediterranean foundations meet Japanese, Peruvian and Asian influences, and the couple’s Italian heritage plays a defining role too, through subtle nods to family recipes and nostalgic flavours inspired by nonna’s kitchen. Expect an array of plates that awaken the palate, such as oysters delicately dressed with ponzu, cucumber and apple; duck croquettes with tonkatsu and a hint of orange zest; and salmon ceviche lifted with passionfruit and aji amarillo. Meanwhile, from the Josper grill, a cornerstone of the CasaPiedra cooking philosophy, dishes with deeper, smokier notes include melt-in-the-mouth beef cheek with okonomiyaki or rich black rice infused with yuzu miso and curry.

Sushi also takes a spin under the spotlight, reimagined in the Ibiza fine dining restaurant’s signature Asian-fusion style, while 12-course, slow-cooked degustation menus (opt for the classic Pangea or the tailored vegetarian version) have been designed to bring friends, foodies and loved ones together over a shared experience. Last, but never least, desserts – think caramelised torrija with white chocolate and mango soup topped with garam masala Chantilly – are the perfect finishing touch, alongside a glass of CasaPiedra’s homemade lemon liqueur.

There’s a distinct sense of connection running through every element of this secret garden restaurant – a reflection of Ibiza as a meeting point of people, ideas and influences, in terms of flavours and culture alike. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a one-of-a-kind celebration or a bespoke private event, Ferdinando and Claudia’s aim for CasaPiedra is always the same: to create something memorable, personal and full of heart.
