What started as a low-key fiesta in an old finca in Ibiza town has grown into one of the most prestigious global clubbing brands on the planet — Pacha Ibiza is known the world over for its particularly glamorous style of clubbing and its illustrious roots as one of the first ever Ibiza clubs. Established in 1977, back then it was a hub for free spirits and hedonists, essentially setting the blueprint for clubs as we know and love them today.

The famous red cherries, the most identifiable of all the Ibiza club logos, are a symbol that Pacha Ibiza is the jewel in the island’s crown. And it’s true. Locals adore it, tourists pour into it, and newbies make towards it with haste for their first taste of quintessential Ibiza clubbing. In the past, Pacha Ibiza was synonymous with freedom that you just couldn’t access anywhere else and that essence remains. It’s one of the dance floors where you feel like you can really let loose, and in spectacular surrounds, no less.

Having recently undergone a complete refurbishment thanks to new management, Pacha Ibiza now has shiny new interiors that include a more accessible DJ booth, more VIP tables and an updated soundsystem designed to maximise your sonic experience. But fear not, the beloved Pacha Ibiza club dancers (the best on the island) are still in place, as are a slew of indoor and outdoor spaces to explore, and the eponymous Pacha restaurant, so you can dine and dance at the same time.

Musically, Pacha Ibiza has a diverse approach, touching on reggaeton (try Pacha Latino Gang on Tuesdays), tech house (the only party for this is Solomun+1 on Sundays), full on techno (Marco Carola’s Music On on Fridays) and swinging sixties, yes you read that right. Flower Power is one this Ibiza club’s most legendary parties and rightly so. Harking back to past glories, it’s an incense-inspired journey through the decades involving more than a few surprises. Fancy dress highly encouraged.

Various dancefloors interlaced with secret corridors, courtyards and multiple VIP sections make up the Pacha Ibiza world, and the Ibiza club‘s décor, vibes and creativity meld together to dramatically transform the iconic venue on a daily basis to suit each of the promoter’s themes and vibes. It’s the cherry on the top of Ibiza’s clubbing cake – always has been, always will be.
