At the epicentre of Ibiza town’s nightlife scene, Chinois Ibiza is a refreshing change from the glitz of the island’s superclubs. The world-class Ibiza club created quite the buzz in 2022, when it opened in pride of place on the main strip that heads into Marina Ibiza and Marina Botafoch – tucked beneath the ground floor of the five-star grand luxe Ibiza Gran Hotel – and it hasn’t stopped evolving or turning heads ever since.

A sonic temple designed as an homage to the authentic spirit of Ibiza, the sleek and modern Ibiza club attracts music lovers and partygoers from across the world, all seeking to tap into the inclusivity, diversity and community the island is renowned for. At Chinois Ibiza, the dancefloor is where friendships are formed, where memories are made and where music forms the heart of your experience.

With a capacity for just 1000 people, the spaces at Chinois Ibiza have been created with intimacy in mind. Get up close and personal with some of the biggest DJs and artists from around the world, surrounded by like-minded music lovers, incredible performers and the who’s who of the Ibiza clubbing world. The sound system has been heralded as the best on the island – find yourself in any spot on the dancefloor and you’ll instantly understand why – and the immersive, extravagant visuals are jaw-dropping from every angle of the room.

The 2025 season line-ups at Chinois Ibiza boast an impressive roll call of DJs, artists and promoters, including Claptone presents The Masquerade on Saturdays, and Bedouin presents SAGA on Sundays. There are six Tuesday night slots reserved for local party starters, Appetite, while pre-season Wednesdays (and the occasional Saturday) and again through October and November belong to Johannes Goller’s TRIP – a surreal and psychedelic journey into sound with some heavy hitting underground heroes behind the decks. Thursdays at the beloved Ibiza club are shared between Honey F#cking Dijon (weekly until July 24) and Kerri Chandler presents KAOZ Theory, which runs until the end of the season. Fridays are all about Francis Mercier presents Sòley until August 1, who then passes the baton to Shimza until August 29, and then it’s over to Mahmut Oran to wrap up the summer.

Special guests along with way include The Blessed Madonna, 2manydjs, Uncle Waffles, Joseph Capriati, Bob Moses, Mëstiza, Shanti Celeste, Syreeta, Ricardo Villolobos and Dimitri From Paris, just to name a few and the Ibiza club’s resident DJs shouldn’t be missed. Annual special events such as the IMS After Party, Chinois Ibiza presents PORTSIDE – a free party and gift from the club to the island which starts in the open-air, across the water, then returns home to the club’s dancefloor after midnight – plus Opening, Halloween and Closing extravaganzas are all must-visit events that further cement Chinois Ibiza’s place as a must-visit on the Ibiza clubbing map.

Another jewel in the Island Hospitality crown (alongside Mikasa Ibiza, Beachouse Ibiza and Finca La Plaza), it’s clear that Chinois Ibiza has shaken up the Ibiza clubbing scene for good. And fortunately for island residents, it’s the only Ibiza club to remain open throughout the off-season – the perfect escape when you need it most.
