The extensive cocktail, wine and drinks menu is evocative of lazy, hazy days by the sea and while it may get a little chilly to sunbathe (depending on your temperament, of course), the cosy, covered terrace makes the perfect place to while away a few winter hours, with uninterrupted beach and sea views and the tranquil ambience proving exactly why island residents love Ibiza most in winter.
