Tokyo After Dark 6-Hands Dining Experience at Teyo at OKU Ibiza
As the final rays of September’s sun fade over the island, beautiful west coast fine dining destination Teyo at OKU Ibiza channels the dynamic energy of Tokyo After Dark. On Monday September 22, 2026, the venue hosts a one-night-only 6-Hands Dining Experience inspired by Japan’s capital, post-sunset. Walter Sidoravicius of Michelin-starred Ibiza hotspot Omakase by Walt and Japanese-Brazilian chef Yoshihito Mizuno of Belgium’s Sākas join Teyo executive chef Alex Todorov and executive chef at OKU Ibiza, Mark Vaessen, in the kitchen to create a collaborative tasting menu that blurs borders, blends flavours and reimagines fine dining through three distinct creative lenses.
Over the course of the evening, the chefs will be serving their creations directly to your table – with select courses paired with Moët & Chandon Champagnes, followed by a culinary after party in OKU Ibiza’s signature suite. Booking is essential, with limited seats available. Tickets are 225€ per person including an exclusive champagne pairing and access to the after party.
