Sunday Flow yoga and Chanting at Atzaró Spa
For islanders and holidaymakers seeking inner peace, Atzaró Spa offers daily yoga, Pilates and wellness classes designed to renew, strengthen and relax the mind, body and soul. On the chic wooden wellness platform, nestled in the heart of the idyllic San Lorenzo estate’s orange groves, the island’s most experienced and respected practitioners guide students through a range of sessions to suit all levels of experience.
On Sundays from 10am, Maria Giulia takes students through a one-hour session of Sunday Flow Yoga and Chanting to stretch the body and balance the mind. For guests of Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel, classes are included in their stay, while drop-in classes are 20€ per person, and 10-class passes are available for 150€ (valid for three months). Full season passes are 1250€. Monthly memberships are 220€ per month in spring and autumn and 320€ per month in summer, and include unlimited classes plus use of the spa, gym, saunas, hammam, jacuzzi, cold plunge and a 10% discount on treatments.
