Six Hands Dinner at The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza
On Tuesday September 15, 2026, soundtracked by the waves lapping the shoreline and the gentle clink of glassware, The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza hosts a very special six-handed dining experience. Bringing together the talented trio of Michelin-starred special guest chef Jorge Lengua (Llavor Restaurant, Oropesa de Mar),Adrián Paniagua, Executive Chef at The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza, and Gonzalo Cancelo, Pastry Chef at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, an extraordinary ten-course menu celebrating Mediterranean cooking traditions and putting an unexpected-yet-genius twist on some of Spain’s best loved dishes will be served from 8pm. The evening is partnered by Moët & Chandon and Whispering Angel and costs 65€ per person, including the full menu and drinks pairing – seats are limited so booking ahead is advised.
