After a brief winter hiatus, the north’s most beloved dining hotspot is back for the season on Friday March 06, 2026, as Juntos House reopens with more of the culinary magic and San Mateo delights it’s known for. Set in an ancient finca in the heart of the countryside, this beautiful space welcomes island foodies back with a menu by head chef Pau Garcia Fidalgo that takes produce from nearby Juntos Farm and transforms it into a cornucopia of dishes inspired by the island.
