
Two of Ibiza’s coolest hangouts join forces for one night only, as Santa Gertrudis flavour lab Overall takes over the kitchen at Vino&Co for the third edition of Sake Sessions. Hosted by sake sommelier and Sake&Co head honcho, Rosa Hamersma, the pop-up series shines a light on the endless versatility of sake, pairing it with bold, surprising flavours far beyond the usual Japanese table.
This round brings a five-course menu with sake and cocktail pairings from Japan’s famed Sekiya Shuzo Brewery, with none other than its president, Takeshi Sekiya flying in especially for the occasion. Overall’s playful kitchen alchemy of fermentation, preservation and flavour wizardry are all matched sip for sip with the elegance of some really great sake for 120€ per person. A collaboration between two big island favourites, it’s a night made for adventurous palates and curious minds and reservations are essential.
