Tasting Menu by Paul Delrez at Pomelo Playa
Pomelo Playa gets a Hot Regressive Cuisine take over as Paul Delrez and his heady haul of dishes come to the sandy shores of Cala Gració and this retro chic eatery. Starting at 7pm on Monday July 27, 2026, this is a culinary collab for diners with their finger on the gourmet pulse as a frenzy of flavours land beachside with all the tasty twists and turns that you would expect from this celebrated Belgian chef.
This one-off tasting menu starts with pan cristal, Cantabrian anchovies, stracciatella and red berry marmalade before diving into a red prawn carpaccio with extra virgin olive oil, finger lime zest, espelettte pepper and chives. Amberjack crudo is an explosion of citrus, shaved fennel and pink peppercorns while the simple pleasures of clams with white wine butter sauce and parsley or the zing of chargrilled squid with chimichurri round the experience off with a jostle of flavours.
