Ottolenghi at Atzaró
One of the world’s most celebrated chefs returns to the island on Saturday August 02, 2025, for an unforgettable evening in the heart of the Ibizan countryside at Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel. Ottolenghi at Atzaró sees Yotam Ottolenghi and his team take over the Atzaró Vegetable Garden, taking their pick of the day’s freshest bounty to create a special five-course community style meal that blends the chef’s signature bold flavours with the abundant produce from Ibiza and the rustic elegance of farm-to-table dining beneath the stars.
Guests are welcomed with an aperitivo before taking their seats at beautifully decorated long wooden tables in the gorgeous garden plaza. The menu is served sharing-style, designed to bring people together over seasonal produce, local wines and free-flowing conversation that continues late into the evening. Live music and entertainment complement the culinary experience and each guest receives a signed copy of Ottolenghi’s recently published cookbook, COMFORT, to take home and perhaps recreate a little Ottolenghi at Atzaró magic in their own kitchens.
