Noches de Verano at Hotel Mongibello
Midweek plans fall neatly into place at Hotel Mongibello this season, where Noches de Verano brings a relaxed, gourmet gathering to the resort’s seafront terrace each Wednesday at sundown. Sticky grilled sardines take the culinary centre stage, while live music takes to the physical one on the breezy shores of Siesta.
The bottomless menu of Sicilian-inspired dishes features marinated pork skewers, fresh crisp salads and grilled vegetables, all served up alongside the main fishy event straight from the barbecue. Dessert sweetly rounds things off, leaving plenty of time to settle into the evening with a cheeky post-dinner cocktail as the music drifts across the water mingled with the sweet smoky aroma from the grill. Noches de Verano at Hotel Mongibello is 35€ per person (excluding drinks) and reservations are recommended.
