Mambo Moments Exhibition by Davey Brown Opening at Las Mimosas Ibiza
One of the San Antonio sunset strip’s most iconic destinations, Café Mambo, celebrates some of its most emblematic moments with a photography exhibition by Davey Brown at its sister venue, Las Mimosa Ibiza, starting on Thursday September 17, 2026. This series of 40 original portraits by the renowned Newcastle artist – in collaboration with Café Mambo – starts at 7pm and will be held at Boutique hotel Las Mimosas Ibiza with an event that perfectly fuses music and art.
This unique collection of photos takes you on a journey from the opening in 1994 and immortalises performances by Graeme Park, Goldie and of course the iconic moment that Carl Cox played keyboards at a live performance with The Brand New Heavies. The opening of Mambo Moments by Davey Brown at Las Mimosas Ibiza is free to attend, and the sonic ambience comes courtesy of DJs Paul Riseley and David Moreno, plus a live session beamed out to the world on Pure Radio Ibiza.
