Los Lobos Pop-Up Part One – New Year’s Eve at Roca House
While the doors to the popular Roca Llisa clubhouse-style restaurant, Roca House, have been shuttered for the past couple of months, the team couldn’t resist the temptation to team up with the ever-so-mysterious Grupo Los Lobos and re-open for a very special two-day pop-up event over new year. Part One of the Los Lobos Pop-Up experience begins at 9pm Wednesday December 31, 2025, as the food, hospitality and events experts put together a beautifully curated meal to celebrate the end of the year.
Diners will be treated to six courses over the course of the night, along with music and entertainment that sees the event come to a crescendo as the clock strikes 12 and 2026 officially begins. Those who know the Los Lobos crew will already be expecting a kaleidoscope of food-led moments, eclectic sounds from hand-picked artists and of course, that warm, welcoming energy Roca House is known for.
