Gildeando at Casa Club
One of Spain’s best loved pintxos is celebrated in a culinary collab like no other on Sunday September 13, 2026, as Gildeando gathers some of the island’s gourmet great and good for a tasty throwdown at Casa Club. Featuring the flavourful talents of Casa Lhasa, Hambre, Nudo, Chidas, Juntos House and of course, the home squad from Casa Club, alongside the musical meanderings of Balearica Romantica, this is an afternoon that proves that team work really does make the dream work.
Each participant gets to take over the kitchen and the soundsystem at the island’s hippest new restaurant for one hour, to serve up their very own version of the skewered, olive festooned treat to diners. Gildeando at Casa Club is a curation of carefully crafted Gildas, natural wines and tasty tempos where the simplest of foods is elevated to wondrous new heights.
