Behind the bar, guest mixologist Lucas Kelm keeps the night fuelled with daring pours, pairing each dish with cocktails from Bes Gin. Playful combinations and smoky sips turn dinner into a global adventure. This isn’t your average Monday night – then again, it never is at Chidas – rather, it’s a Michelin takeover with plenty of island spirit.
