Stacy begins the class with guided breathwork and sound healing that is all about bringing attention to the body as time slows and energy is stilled.
Once inner calm has been found, it’s the turn of Geeky Punks to take you on a journey through the building blocks of electronic sounds in a playful, hands-on workshop that focuses on curiosity and tactile accessibility. Guests collaborate to build a shared piece of music before a live performance from Geeky Punks and invited artists.
