
Six Senses Ibiza invites Michelin-starred chef Henrique Sá Pessoa of Alma in Lisbon to join Executive Chef Andrés Fernández for a very special edition of the resort’s Four Hands Dinner series, held in the atmospheric surrounds of The Beach Caves. For one night only on Saturday August 09, 2025, the talented duo unite to create a collaborative tasting menu celebrating the essence of fine dining in Ibiza – a creative culinary dialogue between the bold urban gastronomy of Alma and the seasonal, island-led philosophy of Six Senses Ibiza.
The menu takes diners on a journey through land and sea, from XXL langoustines paired with Iberian pork terrine to Barrosã beef served with horseradish, bone marrow and cauliflower. A peach, yoghurt, almond and verveine dessert rounds off the experience, followed by petit fours. Places are very limited, and the set menu is priced at 230€ per person – this is an intimate, immersive evening for true food lovers and prior booking is essential.
